Are you all affiliated with a church?
We are a non-denominational faith-based organization. While we are not affiliated directly with single denomination or church, we are very grateful for the numerous church partnerships that we engage in the community.

My child attends a pre-K program at an MNPS school, can they go to PTM?
PTM is a K-5 program. We do not enroll 3 and 4 year old pre-K students, as they end early and would need a separate bus pickup.
-
Can I pick up my child early?
Your student will be in reading class Monday-Thursday. Please don’t pick your child up until they are done with reading! You can confirm your child’s reading class schedule with your Program Director, so that their short time in reading is not interrupted.
-
Can my child be picked up by someone besides me?
Yes, only if they are on your approved pick-up list. We cannot send your student home with anyone who is not on the authorized pick-up form. Please ensure that your Program Director has the names of ALL individuals that can pick up your children. If you think you might have left off the name of an adult who you need to pick up your child, please let your Program Director know so that they may be added to your approved pick-up list.
-
Is PTM open on snow days/ no-school days?
PTM follows the MNPS calendar, and is closed when MNPS is closed. This includes weather days. PTM is also not open during half days.
-
Can I come to PTM events with my child?
Often times, yes! We highly encourage and appreciate parent engagement in PTM activities. However, there may be circumstances that would permit only students and not extended family members to attend (i.e. PTM is gifted a set number of tickets to attend an event).
It is always best to confirm with your Program Director ahead of time if you wish to attend an event on our calendar.
